H10 Berlin Ku'Damm

Lovely stay with friends/family for a bachelorette party. Tasteful interior and beautiful, historical building. Duplex room has 2 floors, one bed upstairs with a big bed and huge bathroom. Downstairs is a kitchenette, a sofa for sleeping, which was quite comfortable and a bathroom. I ordered sparkling wine and strawberries via phone and everything worked out perfectly. Spa area and gym are clean and enough. The terrace in the backyard is lovely and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location of this place is great for doing sightseeing or just being somewhere central. We enjoyed our stay a lot and can recommend it to everyone.

Hands Down the Best Hotel I’ve Stayed At – Truly Exceptional! As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say that H10 has been, by far, the best hotel experience I’ve had to date. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, just 10 meters from a metro station. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, you can’t ask for a more convenient base. This is where H10 truly sets itself apart. I’m still amazed by how professional, efficient, and genuinely kind every single front desk staff member is. They all speak excellent English, handle requests with speed and grace, and make you feel like a valued guest from the moment you arrive. Usually, in most hotels, you might encounter one or two standout employees — at H10, every team member raises the bar. Whatever training they do, it’s clearly working. The rooms are stylish, modern, and well maintained. The attention to detail is impressive for instance, the bathroom mirror has a built-in heater, so it never fogs up after a hot shower (a small touch, but so thoughtful!). I stayed on the sixth floor for 17 nights, and the housekeeping staff were consistently diligent, thorough, and never once cut corners. Truly top-notch service. The spa and gym are accessible around the clock, which is a huge plus for someone with a changing schedule like mine. After 17 nights, I genuinely tried to find a single fault. I know reviews like this often seem too good to be true or assumed to be paid, but mine is 100% genuine. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

The hotel was okay for the short time I stayed. The bed was comfortable and the linens were fresh. The air conditioning worked well, and I had no problems with noise from the hallway. The breakfast room was a bit crowded, but there were enough options to find something light. Staff were professional but kept interaction to a minimum. A good place if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep and shower.
