I love the view from the inside. The Aegen sea,the boats and the trees.Perfect getaway. The staff are nice too but speaks a lil bit of English
The hotel in Ayvalik claims to be a 5 star hotel, but rather seems to be a youth hostel with scores of school children dominating the compound. They not only rudely raid the buffett in the restaurant, but also constantly scream, run around, party in their rooms and slam doors. The pupil’s supervisors obviously don’t care and even the hotel management seems to prioritize the young guests, as numerous complaints to the reception did not really result in any decisive improvement. On the contrary: the hotel manager explicitly stated that the school children wanted to stay in a 5 star hotel (as if children in the age of 10+ already know the difference to a youth hostel…). Never again in this hotel chain!
Short and simple 5 Star Hotel equal to a 1 start Hotel service. especially SPA Location is okey. • Service is disaster, People try to catch customers with fake info. • POOL is out of order • Steam room is out of order. • Only Turkish bath is open, completely dirty. Sauana is open, the tepreture in Sauna is between 45 ° C to 50 ° C Maybe it is because of season or something else no idea really. To be honest a 5 star Hotel should close thier door while not have enough customers. There is no need to pay 5 star Hotel price and get 1 star Hotel service.
