Hamilton Princess & Beach Club a Fairmont Managed Hotel

My husband and I stayed at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess in Bermuda to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We were so happy with our stay. Location, service, amenities and dining options were amazing. We loved our time at the Beach Club and the jitney transportation there was smooth and convenient. Highly recommend dinner at Intrepid and lunch at 16O9. At check-in, we were surprised with an upgrade to a much bigger room than the one we had booked - a beautiful corner suite with incredible views of the marina and harbour - and to have champagne and a cheese board delivered to our room as a welcome gift from concierge. The hotel made our stay very special. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time in Bermuda we had an exceptional time. The hotel staff was wonderful and took care of our every need. The Beach Club kept our two kids busy all day with the kayaks, paddleboards, sand toys, etc. It was nice knowing that we didn't need to bring anything to the beach except ourselves! The restaurants were also wonderful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the Crown and Anchor every morning. One staff member in particular made a great connection with our kids. Grace, went out of her way to make them feel special making them hot chocolate each morning. We looked forward to seeing her daily. I cant say enough positive things about our experience at this hotel. We will be repeat guests for sure!

Tonight’s experience at Intrepid inside the Hamilton Princess was nothing short of extraordinary. We brought my mom to Bermuda to honor my father, who passed away at the end of May after 57 years of marriage. She was hesitant to even make the trip because of the memories, but she knew my dad would have wanted her to go. While here, we surprised her with a special dinner at the Hamilton Princess—one of the places she and my dad loved most. What made the evening even more remarkable was that it wasn’t planned. We had been considering dining somewhere else on the property, but Lloyd unexpectedly made special arrangements for my mom, recognizing the importance of the moment. From the instant we arrived, Lloyd and Julius made us feel like royalty. So often service can feel routine, but not with them. They were present, intentional, and poured genuine care into every detail of the night. Lloyd went above and beyond to make my mom feel comfortable, heard, and deeply valued. Julius was equally incredible—his warmth, attentiveness, and ability to anticipate every need lifted my mom’s spirits in a way we will never forget. It wasn’t just dinner; it was an experience—one that will last a lifetime. There was intentional love and care in everything they did. Lloyd and Julius are truly gifted at what they do, and they turned a bittersweet evening into one of the most meaningful memory of dining experiences our family has ever shared. If you are visiting Bermuda, dining at Intrepid is an absolute must.
