I chose this hotel for a 4-night stay after reading all the positive reviews on the internet. To my disappointment, the service of this hotel in indescribable. We were sleeping in an oven for 2 nights simply because they had set to "heat" module when the temperature was between 20~21degree Celsius at 11:15pm out there. Our room's temperature was reading at 28~29!! When I seek for assistance, no one came to help despite promised to check and revert. After my first attempt has failed, I call an hour later and spoke to another PIC and insisted for a reply... I waited until 3:30am, but to no avail! I forced myself to sleep and I slept only at 5am, enduring with the neighborhood noises and mosquitoes as the windows were opened! It was a business trip so please imagine my condition the following day... Upon checking out, when I was passing the keys back to the front desk, I was not greeted not entertained. Thinking that Hilton will unsually sends a copy of the receipt/invoice to my Hilton Honors member account, we decided to walk out and left the hotel. Not wanting to comment or feedback. To my horror, the Hotel didn't even bother to send the receipt/invoice over and today is already the 7th day! I was asked to call the hotel (from Malaysia to China??) instead when HH guest assistance also failed to obtain it. Sighs~ Well, I now think even the Holiday Inn Express's service is much more better than Hampton! No more stays with Hampton from me, that's for sure!
