It is a really good option if you are looking for a place to sleep after a workday. It's clean and has a really good service. Needs to improve their breakfast selection, but everything else works well. Rooms are ok, and need to improve their maintenance, it's getting old and that's easy to evidence.
Friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Jeremy who helped us check in. Standard Hampton/Hilton hotel. The only inconvenience was that one elevator was working out of the two they had.
Not the expected services of a Hilton spin-off. The location is 45 minutes from the city center and it is not a nice walk over the costanera road, but this isn't Hampton faults. Rooms are not properly isolated, towards the sea it is a beautiful view but still sound from the traffic is prevalent. Back rooms are slightly quieter but the view is toward a construction site. A positive view is the night of Antofagasta and the dawn. Breakfast is very basic. No real coffee, only instant coffee available. Fruit is available as well as eggs, but it could be better. The staff was a bit too strict. The view from the terrace and the lobby, on the 14th floor, is great, but still traffic noise is too loud. At the basement of the hotel, there are some good amenities: a supermarket and a beer place where you can get food as well.
