We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The check-in process was smooth and quick. A special mention goes to Mr. Carlo at the Front Office, who was extremely supportive and made my stay even more comfortable with his helpful attitude and professionalism. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh each day. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices and attentive service. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were well-maintained and made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, my experience was outstanding. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. The kids had an amazing time—they especially loved the Play Land area and the swimming pool, both of which were clean, safe, and well-maintained. It was great to see them having so much fun! We had a wonderful experience with Dinah at the reception, who took great care of us and even upgraded our rooms. Although there was a slight delay in getting our room ready, the late checkout more than made up for it. Overall, it was a fantastic and memorable stay, and we’d love to return. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast spread, along with a beautiful beach and fun water activities.
