Hampton by Hilton Zhuhai Cheng Feng Plaza

Room is clean and new. Heard they just renovated the place. Services was good as well. Bed is clean and not too hard. Had comfortable stay

If I can give zero star for room and service, I will give zero. 1. Room is very smelly 2. It suppose to be a non smoking hotel but everywhere is full of cigarettes smell 3. Breakfast with super low quality and service is very bad, all staff is not well trained and they serve customer like a slave and yell to them. Totally ruin my holiday, I can’t express enough of how bad of this hotel under Hilton group. Very disappointed

We had a terrible experience at Hampton by Hilton Zhuhai Cheng Feng Plaza during our stay from 27/1/24-28/1/24. To start with, there is a cockroach in the washroom. I would not expect to see this in a 4 star hotel. Also, there was facility maintenance IN THE CORRIDOR at 10 in the morning. We were woken up by the noise of a hotel staff hammering a cradle which did not stop even after we complained about it. Was that really necessary? To repair a cradle in the corridor at 10 am? I mean what’s the urgency? Couldn’t you do it elsewhere or at another time? Our travelling companions also had complaints about the scent of cigarettes in their room despite we all booked non-smoking rooms in the first place. Also the sound insulating effect of the walls were super bad. My friends complained about hearing a baby cry at 4am but the hotel couldn’t do anything about it (like a change of room). We were utterly disappointed by the facilities and contingency planning of this hotel and would like to recommend travellers to think twice before booking
