We had an extremely pleasant stay. The staff was very hospitable and took the time to assist us. Both the private onsen and the public onsen were great, the bath water is very relaxing and the public onsen is not too crowded. The food was delicious, and the dinner was very filling. I would definitely return here on our next trip to Japan.
We stayed at Hodatei Hanaougi from May 24 -25. We would like to thank you for the excellent service and the nice surprise given to my wife for her birthday during the dinner. The room and the outdoor bath is also beautifully set. We would like to also acknowledge your trainee Koharu san, she is very professional, very polite and engaging. I think she will become a great asset to you. We did not try the public Onsen, as we have own private onsen in the room. We did have both exquisite dinner and breakfast. We were picked up from the train station and drop off to the same location when we checked out. Will definitely come back!
Wonderful ryokan with lovely staff. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and they were able to cater vegetarian meals to members in our party. We stayed at the Maisonette which was spacious and the onsen water quality here is superb!
