We sat next door in the house at the park, the park was closed and looked nice as far as we could see
The resort has potential, but unfortunately the cleanliness during our stay left a lot to be desired. However, after speaking to reception, our concerns were dealt with promptly and in a friendly manner, and they were very accommodating. I hope that this experience leads to long-term improvement, because the service and commitment of the staff deserve praise.
We are happy to be long-time regular guests and stay overnight at the adjacent Hansa Park resort. Unfortunately, this year we were once again very disappointed that the park management has closed the back entrance to and from the resort. As a resort guest, this is completely incomprehensible and represents a massive loss of comfort. Complaints made directly to the park go unanswered by the wrong people. Perhaps this will help the criticism reach the decision-makers and prompt a reversal of their stance.
