Harbour Hotel Bristol

Divine hotel. Being greeted by the lovely Annabelle made us feel right at home. Perfect after a long coach journey. The beautifully decorated restaurant was spotless. Location is perfect + Bristol is very walkable. Room: Other reviews state rooms were small, I would advise going for the superior or deluxe options, as the price difference is modest and will be absolutely worth it. We stayed in the deluxe suite which it was generous for two people. Our room was facing the street and I didn't hear any noise. Spa: I had a nice chat with Nellie who was very accommodating at the spa reception. Steam, sauna, hydrotherapy pool and a spacious jacuzzi with 4 different settings - exactly what you need after a long day exploring the lively, eventful Bristol. I like how the spa doesn't get crowded because everyone books their slot. And finally... Lucy ensured a smooth checkout and kept our bags safe while we explored on our last day. Book directly - call the hotel. Kindness begets kindness.

The best hotel in Bristol! Would not stay anywhere else now… We booked a deluxe double room for one night however we were pleased to find out we had been upgraded to the corner suite! The room is amazing and extremely spacious, everything was tidy and clean. The bath in the bedroom is the centrepiece and was very relaxing especially with the view. The complimentary products were really lovely such as gin in a decanter and Bramley toiletries. The TV has a great selection of apps and channels and is also Bluetooth so you can play your own music. The bed was also humongous! The spa was so good we actually ended up booking in for the following morning, it’s quite small down there so if you don’t want to go during max capacity the spa staff were super helpful! I recommend booking through the hotels own website (which we unfortunately didn’t) as this will get you a free spa pass each (1 hour time slot). Really great location, minutes within Cabot circus and many restaurants and bars surrounding the hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful, unfortunately we didn’t catch her name but particularly the young blonde girl who was working around 3:30pm on the 28th of July and also the following day. Such a kind, polite girl with excellent customer service skills! She deserves to be recognised! We didn’t use any dining facilities so I can’t comment on any food however the dining hall looked spectacular. Normally, you can always find atleast one fault with any hotel but the harbour hotel proves you wrong. Can not fault it one bit and we hope to be back soon! Many thanks for an amazing stay

Good afternoon tea and spa, nice room but quite stuffy. Lack of ventilation as windows don't open. Shower doesn't drain well. Excellent location in close proximity to the interesting area. Especially good was the market. Something to note is that the hotel is popular with weddings so if you want to avoid a loud party downstairs avoid. It didn't bother us. Very interesting decor in an old bank. Good helpful staff
