From our first day we had a warm welcoming. The staff members at reception were kind and helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage before our check-in time which was great as we used the time to explore the city. On our last day we chilled at the pool. The pool is big enough and had plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. The hotel is surrounded by many local shops and restaurants. There are two metro stations close by and the the airport shuttle bus is only 4 mins. away walking distance. We will definitely book at this location again on our next visit!
There's a cafe by the lobby. The receptionists are really nice. There's a bell hopper service, so that's quite nice (don't forget the tip though) There's also a buffet/cafe (?) at the ground level (same level as the reception desk). The hotel also offers a discount for room service, if you order food from their cafe-buffet. (The afternoon set w/ Mango Sago looked so tempting) I don't remember what floor I was on but you can see the streets below, and it felt very nostalgic and cozy. (TMI but there's this ledge at the window and it lowkey became the perfect nook) Overall, the room felt very clean and very modern. The (queen sized) bed is firm and spacious and the pillows are standard. Also, disclaimer to those who request an additional bed, it's not the best for... back-support. They didn't offer any complimentary slippers (from what I remember) but the slightly chipped kettle made up for it hehe. The restroom is decent and has a quirky door lock lol.
Prices are decent for the area. Near enough to walk to Kai Tak stadium, there is also an MTR station about a 8-10min walk from the hotel. Room is quite small the bathroom is as well. Mattress is very firm, not very comfortable, queen bed = 2 twins pushed together. Not many outlets, so bring an extension cord and your travel adapter. There is a small 7Eleven just down the road, so nice to be able to buy a few snacks and water. Staff in general are very friendly and accommodating.
