Everything great from beginning to end! We were extremely pleased with our stay in general, but MOST especially with the service of our butlers Charles & Brayner who were beyond excellent!! They were amazing and so attentive! All our reservations were made efficiently, and our every request was met without issue. We felt very special and extremely satisfied with their service, to the point that will look forward to our next stay. We recommend the resort and the amazing staff to everyone! They do make your days to be very special and constantly exceed the expectations.
I just returned from a weeks long vacation at the Hard Rock Punta Cana. Needless to say the beach was absolutely stunning and our accommodations were great. We experienced exceptional service from our butlers Jean Carlos and Jose Adames. They ensured all of our restaurant reservations were exactly as requested and checked on us many times throughout the making sure we were having a great time. I greatly appreciate their efforts and look forward to our next visit with them. I recommend them highly. A highly responsive team that did not go unnoticed.
Avoid Hard Rock Punta Cana – Scam Charges and Horrible Service I cannot stress enough how unacceptable my experience at Hard Rock Punta Cana was. Months before our trip, I prepaid for excursions through the hotel’s vacation planner. Everything was confirmed in writing via email. However, upon checkout, just before heading to the airport, I was suddenly told I had to pay again for the exact same excursions. I showed Alan at checkout the emails confirming payment, yet he flat-out refused to remove the charges. To make matters worse, the hotel would not allow us to leave the property for our airport transportation without paying the bill and having our wristbands removed. Faced with the risk of missing our flight, I was forced to pay a second time—over $1,600 for excursions I had already paid for months earlier. Once home, I immediately emailed the vacation planner to demand a refund, and now, three days later, I have heard absolutely nothing back. The silence, combined with the blatant double-charging, is nothing short of a scam. This is not just poor service—it’s theft. I am owed $1,600, and the lack of accountability is appalling. If you value your money and peace of mind, I strongly advise you to avoid Hard Rock Punta Cana at all costs.
