We just spent a week at the Hard Rock in Maya Riviera and had such a wonderful vacation . The grounds are beautiful, plenty of places to eat, everyone who works here is so nice and friendly, lots of pools, shade, and places to sit, there are even some areas right by the water to sit at as well. There were a few special events and we loved the one at the adult pool on Friday night, they had lots of different kinds of food, drinks, and entertainment. Our favorite restaurant was Faro, I can't say enough about the staff, delicious food, and the view. It is the best place for breakfast and lunch, hands down The staff at the adult pool was fabulous, super friendly and attentive. If everyone in your group is 18, take advantage and stay on the adult side. We just had such a wonderful time and would recommend it 10/10.
We had the most incredible vacation at Hard Rock Riviera Maya! The resort was absolutely stunning, and the service and hospitality were truly top notch. A huge thank you to Diego and Mauricio they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their butler service was exceptional, and they made our entire experience so smooth and special. My family and I just spent a week at Hard Rock Riviera Maya. We've visited other Hard Rock resorts and ALWAYS have a wonderful time. However this time around, our butlers, Erika and Fernando, made our visit like none other. They were very attentive to our needs during the entire stay. Each day we had seats reserved at the pool and beach areas, they made sure we had seats waiting for us at every evening show we attended, and anything else we may have needed, they ensured we had it. They both are very kind, respectful, and take their job very seriously. No matter how big or small our requests, they always responded in a timely manner, with no hesitation. I will definitely request them at my next stay! I truly recommend going, you will not regret it!!
