We spent our vacation at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, and overall the place was very quiet and peaceful — perfect for a relaxing stay. The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t have its own beach. To reach a nice sandy beach, you either need to take a bus for about 15 minutes (though the bus schedule is quite unpredictable and sometimes the bus just doesn’t show up), or walk for around 40 minutes. Despite this, everything else was excellent — the food, the service, and the overall atmosphere were truly top-notch.
A very beautiful hotel — clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Our stay was excellent and everything went perfectly. We would definitely choose it again!
Overall stay: The view from the hotel terrace is truly beautiful – the hotel is located on a hill, offering a stunning panoramic view. The food was good overall, but the breakfast was repetitive, with no variation in dishes from day to day. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Most of the hotel staff appeared unfriendly or indifferent, with the exception of one bartender who stood out for being pleasant. The room itself was far from comfortable. Every time we took a shower, water would leak everywhere, leaving the bathroom floor completely flooded – it felt like we had a mini swimming pool. The switch between the ceiling shower and the handheld showerhead was broken. I reported it on the first day, and the administrator said a replacement had been ordered, but it never arrived. The entrance door and bathroom had no sound insulation, so you could hear everything – from people walking by outside to noises from the toilet. Although the room was designed to look upscale, many elements were either damaged or poorly built, suggesting substandard construction work. This was the most expensive hotel we found in Kos in the $1,000 range. While I can’t complain about the beautiful nature and sea – which were amazing – everything else was a major disappointment. The hotel management seems to care more about appearances than providing actual comfort or a quality experience.
