Harmony Hotel Baku

Dear Sir/ Madam, Greetings, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harmony Hotel in Baku, and I can't praise it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the reception team, especially Ms. Leman, Mr. Rasul Mr Gunduz. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Ms. Leman was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and efficient. She provided valuable information about the hotel amenities and local attractions, making my stay even more enjoyable. Mr. Rasul's & Mr Gunduz were friendly demeanor and attentiveness made me feel right at home. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries and offered great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The hotel's atmosphere is serene and inviting, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Baku. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Overall, my experience at Harmony Hotel was exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Ms. Leman and Mr. Rasul. Terrible place. All positive reviews must be paid for. Whoever runs this place does not have an idea of what they are doing. Super cheap quality furniture, no soundproofing, poorly trained staff, abundance of prostitutes causing chaos at night time with loud music and noises from neighboring rooms. Avoid at all cost.

If I could I’d give them 0 stars. Such a bad experience, they had no idea where to put us, they were sending our passports to each other in WhatsApp group, chaos and bad attitude! The rooms were awful - smelly floors and basically everything, no possibility to open a window, no heating or AC on my room, nothing. And I swear someone smoked there a few hours before I came. The breakfast is 8-10, so if you need to be somewhere by 8 no chance of eating breakfast you pay for. And I payed 620€/night/1 person Do yourself a favour, don’t go there and find a different hotel.
