Haut Monde Hill Stream Resort and Spa

We had a lovely time at Haut Monde Hill Stream Resort. The location is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The highlight for us was the swimming pool—our child had so much fun playing in it. The river nearby was calm and refreshing, and we really enjoyed spending time there as a family. The play zone with swings and slides kept our little one busy and happy. The food was tasty. We also spent time playing chess together, which made the trip even more special. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. Overall, it was a relaxing and joyful stay. Perfect for families with kids. We would love to visit again!

Absolutely loved this place. So peaceful, so serene. The location at which this resort is situated is breathtaking. There is a river stream at the bottom of the resort which is really beautiful and accessible. Staff was good and food was delicious.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Property & No Refund Even After 2 Months I had a very disappointing experience with this property in Dehradun. What was shown online looked clean, well-maintained, and welcoming – but the reality was completely different. The place was in extremely poor condition, nowhere close to what was promised in the pictures or description. To make things worse, the location turned out to be a complete no-network area, making it impossible to even communicate properly once we reached. We had paid ₹10,000 in advance, trusting what we saw online. But upon arrival, we had no choice but to leave because staying there was simply not feasible. The owners acknowledged the situation and assured us that the advance would be refunded. However, it’s been nearly two months, and we’re still waiting. Despite multiple follow-ups, all we’ve received are excuses and empty promises. They have made us run around unnecessarily and have shown no accountability or professionalism in resolving this issue. This entire experience has been mentally exhausting and financially unfair. Please be cautious before booking this place – what you see online may not be what you get. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar situation.
