Hayat Pyramids View Hotel

If you are looking for a affordable hotel accommodation (value for the money) with the best view of the Pyramids, I believe that this hotel will be the best place for you. You will receive warm welcome from all member of staffs especially Mr Ahmed will give a good memory for your rest of the life.

I stayed in Hayat for 4 nights and completely worth for what you are paying. The room was clean and the location was very close to the Pyramids. The terrace has an amazing view looking at the pyramids and you can watch the light show from there in the evenings. The staff was super friendly and paying attention to details. People from the terrace, room keepers, security and people from the reception were all very nice and smiley people. I am really pleased to meet with Basmala (working in the hotel) she is an amazing person, wish you the best!! Totally recommend this place!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.I tried to contact the hotel for early check-in as an option, they replied to me to come to the hotel without any additional fees but when arrived, they charged me additional 15usd — The issues didn’t stop there. I also booked a tour through the hotel, which turned out to be a complete scam. The itinerary they promised was completely different from what we got. We spent most of the time in tourist trap shops instead of the actual sights. When I brought it up to management, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Dishonest practices and poor customer service ruined what should have been a relaxing trip. They are very aggressive to the customers , we felt being harassed .Please avoid this hotel if you want to enjoy your vacation. ⸻ Let me know if you want it to sound angrier, more polite, or include specific details.
