I had a great and memorable 3D2N stays at this hotel for a symposium. Staffs are very dedicated, friendly, approachable and helpful, especially the food and beverage team. The food was nicely prepared and presented and they were all very delicious. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
Extremely old fashioned! Felt more like a mental hospital than a place for a retreat , we felt sadness of having chosen to stay there as the pictures were not representative and misleading . Not a nice atmosphere, the place needs a modernization and some love! We also got a twin bed even after asking for a double bed, and the staff was also not at all helpful. We got conflicting information from different staff, which indicated to me that the first evening personeel was just not willing to help with anything whilst they could have.
Big room but during our 4 night stay, it was never cleaned. We had to ask reception and then only trash was taken out.
