Stayed 6 nights and loved it. Exceptional hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful clean room with plenty of amenities and room service. Good WiFi. Only caution is awkward access to the tub. Fine for me, but dangerous for obese or arthritic or balance impaired.

Very nice hotel. Well located. Staff is generally friendly with some exceptions that unfortunately are far away from a normal level of service u would expect from this hotel class. Front desk staff and concierge are surely very helpful and kind. Room is a bit on the small side but clean and quiet. I would surely come back

The room was comfortable and well kept. The elevators were a little strange in that they stopped in between floors, so you would have to go up or down some stairs to get to the floor your room was located, which may be something to consider depending on you level of mobility. The staff was very nice and accommodating. In particular, the concierge was extremely helpful I'm finding us last minute tickets to Swan Lake at the Mariinsky Theater, and arranged transportation to and from the theater via hotel car/taxi, making it an incredibly seamless experience. The location was good. I was part of a tour that provided bus transportation for all of our daily excursions, but there was a good number of things to see that were within walking distance.
