Great facility and you have to get the room with the private pool. The pool is great but having your own private pool with a view of the Dead Sea is incredible. Service was top notch especially from Dima at the front. Staff is friendly and really good service.
Meirav, the Lady responsible for Hotel Guests,did everything in her power to make our experience the best possible. The Service was great and we thank her for it! Regarding the Hotel itself: Clean,Nice Design and a good variety of Pools. We were a bit disappointed of the Pool Size but it’s a Minor issue. The Food was great,Location is great. All in All a Pleasant experience
We’ve been there for one night, and we booked a spa treatment. Unfortunately the therapists were busy on their phone during the massages, up till their phone vibration were a huge disturbance for us. Then they asked us not to use the spa shower, for no reason. Other then that - the shower in our room was flooded with our first shower at the room.
