Heritage Bagan Hotel

We enjoyed a fantastic three-night stay with family at this hotel. The breakfast offered was the most delicious we’ve experienced in a similar range of hotels in Bagan. However, it would be beneficial for the hotel to consider not charging local customers in USD.

We stayed here for 4nights in one of their Grand Deluxe rooms which was immaculate, and each day was a pleasant, relaxing stay. Check-in was a breeze, we were even allowed to go to our room much earlier. On the day of departure they offered late check-out as my husband got a bit sick. Staff are all very friendly, alert, and communicative. Breakfast buffet has a varied selection of food that we didn't get tired of; also pool and lounge area is super cozy for afternoon siesta. Overall we had a grand time with them, and will surely come back!

The architecture is beautiful and as soon as you arrive, one does feel like being in a beautiful resort. Pool is beautifully surrounded by palm trees. There is a nice little gym. Restaurant setting is pretty right next to the pool but the kitchen is not the best, although the service is very friendly and they try their best to explain everything in English as best as possible.The bar has happy hour from 5-7 pm and I enjoyed the Margarita's. The rooms are of good size and of 5* quality. Just disappointed that there was no shampoo. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We even rented electric scooters for 4$ for 4 hrs.
