Stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect - the rooms were clean, location is ideal, has a private parking in front of hotel. Breakfast is included in hotel price. Local beer and coffee were wonderful! Place also has its own restaurant, we ate there once and regretted we didn't eat there every day, as it seems to be above avarage compared to Fazana restaurants. Exceptionally friendly staff. We loved the style of this place and would gladly come back again!
It was a rainy morning, and I wanted to show Fazana to my son and his family. We walked around soaked, looking for a place to have breakfast. This hotel was open, so I entered and spoke to the person at the reception desk. I asked if we could get some breakfast, and obviously we are ready to pay. The person told me that they only serve the guests at their hotel, and I pleaded with him to make an exception and allow us to have breakfast there. The man was very rude and aggressive; I have traveled all over the world and have never experienced such treatment. It looked like a lovely hotel, but this behavior was beyond obnoxious.
Terrible behaviour, bad communication, changing payment terms after reservation and than threaten to sue for cancelling.
