The facility and the room service of the resort is fabulous. The food was too tasty all over the services are the best. And the behaviour of the supervisor Subash is very well mannered and helpful.
Stay at Juma Heritage Resort was a mixed experience. It was an off season, so the things might have been differently, I understand. We, a family of 8, had booked 3 AC tents. Below is what we received: Pros - There was a swimming pool, I was skeptical of it at first, we leveraged it. - There was a cultural night show (probably happens in most of the camps in Sam) - The food was really good, both dinner and breakfast. - The property is well maintained. Cons (guessing due to the off season) - No magic show in the cultural night, as happens in some places - One of the most annoying Cons at any stay, there were intermittent power cuts in the night and had to go all the way to reception to wake the receptionist to switch on the generators. When asked, we were informed that generator guy was on leave. - The pool wasn't maintained, had insect bodies lying around. Noticed once we were in the pool, though rest of the resort was nicely kept.
Average rooms with dirty sheets. Room has many insects and the bathroom had a few frogs as well. The food and music event was good. The staffs are usually very good. Room was just not good.
