Heritage Park Hotel

Great Hotel in Honiara! The facilities are very good, the rooms, gym, spa, bar and dining room. The Wifi is solid. The food at the restaurant is also good. The breakfast buffet could improve a little but it’s good. The staff is super friendly. The only major problem is that the front desk staff can’t for their lives help you with any booking of any kind. The hotel should work with a local travel agency for this and it would be 5/5 stars.

This place was absolutely incredible! The location was amazing! Soon as I stepped in, I was like this is it. You walk outside and immediately want to take your shoes off and walk on the grass.—Ocean views were breathtaking. God was painting the sky each day. The staffs were kind. I had a lot of bags being with my team, & each staff member were always willing to help out. My room was the most important to me— clean, cozy, and cool just how I like it. Bed was super comfy. I could’ve stayed out there all day journaling, reading my bible or just soaking it all in. The pool was the best pool I’ve ever been in. So peaceful. The whole place just felt safe, relaxing, and full of good energy. If you’re ever in Honiara, don’t even think twice—Heritage Park is it. Five stars easy. I’m hoping to be back!

The Best Hotel in Honiara—No Question This was my third time staying at Heritage Park Hotel, and it absolutely lives up to the hype. After multiple trips to the Solomon Islands—and a few rough experiences elsewhere—I can confidently say this is the only place I’ll stay in Honiara from now on. The rooms are super clean and well-kept, with beautiful ocean views and comfy beds. The pool is stunning—right by the water—and there’s even a small stretch of beach (that I wish we had access to) where you can watch the tide roll in. It honestly feels like a mini tropical escape. The breakfast buffet is a total highlight—tons of fresh options and really good coffee. The food throughout the hotel is solid, and the service is consistently top-notch. One thing that really stands out is how the staff goes above and beyond. From the cold juice and towel when you check in, to the friendly greetings every day, you really feel taken care of. Shout-out to Yash at the front desk—he’s been incredibly helpful and kind each time I’ve visited. It’s also a very safe and peaceful environment, which matters a lot when you’re traveling with a team or just want a worry-free trip. I’ve tried staying in cheaper spots around Guadalcanal in the past, but after getting sick from black mold at one of them, I’ve learned my lesson. This hotel is absolutely worth the extra cost. If you’re coming to Honiara and want a clean, relaxing, and genuinely welcoming place to stay—this is it. I’ll definitely be back again and again.
