What an incredible experience we had at this hotel. On the evening we checked in, we ran late. The restaurant manager held the restaurant open for us, and had the most wonderful meal ready for us! The rooms were so comfortable, and the view from the hotel rooms was incredible. The service was awesome! 5-star breakfasts were delivered to our hotel rooms each morning, and every single item was so delicious. It was also a lot of fun to watch the old tea grinding machine in the centre of the hotel. A fabulous stay!!

Impressed by the wonderful view and warm hospitality! The view from the room was really wonderful, and I was healed by the location surrounded by tea fields. The scenery looks completely different in the morning and evening, and you can look out the window all the time during your stay. In addition, at the restaurant in the hotel, the staff was very kind. In particular, the staff named Ganesh was very friendly, and I was impressed by the polite service. Thanks to the recommendation of beer and the detailed attention, I was able to have a very pleasant time. It is an irresistible place for tea lovers, and it is a place where you can refresh your body and mind surrounded by nature. I would like to visit again!

By far the most beautiful place I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff are friendly, kind, and attentive. The hotel itself has a wonderful atmosphere and is very peaceful. Krishna was especially excellent, and we were grateful for her smiley introduction to the tea-picking and -making process, and Thanushan was very helpful to us as well. I have already recommended the whole experience to my family and friends.
