Based on a good idea (duplicates a successful Hotel). Very nice building. Nice rooms. Very good location.

My reservation was for a deluxe room and I was upgraded to a suite on the sixth floor with a balcony with a sea view as well, with access to the lounge that served snacks. On the other hand, the room was very clean, with a nice gesture of placing a fruit basket and a box of chocolates. The concern came hours before arriving at the hotel when I received a phone call from the hotel manager, Shirley, informing me that the room had been upgraded and that they were waiting for us. To be honest, this is the first time I have been contacted by a hotel and told that they are waiting for us. The most beautiful thing is that when we arrived, she was informed and came to receive us. Big thanks to Shirley for the hospitality. Unfortunately, the vacation was for one day.

The hotel with the worst maintenance I have ever been to. Elevators do not work. We asked hotel to fix multiple times but they just don’t care. They said they fixed it but not really. People are climbing up 10 floors in 40+ degrees. And air conditioning does not work in hallways or staircase. Which is another complaint they do not care about. Stay way for your own safety.
