The hotel itself provides a great value, but the Kashrus is from a different town (Shoham). Before entering breakfast I asked to speak with the Mashgiach - and I was told that he didn't arrive yet...

Awful customer service, and awful hotel! I stayed here last Friday, booked a room at this "luxury hotel" for 2 nights, and arrived just before shabbat. i turned on the ac and left the room for the night as we were invited out. When we came back and went to sleep, we woke up 8 times during the night dripping from the heat, as the AC was broken!. We woke up and went downstairs to notify the front desk first thing in the morning, and they assured us it will be fixed and sent a technician. The room by then was unbearable due to the summer heat, so we left and returned at 12 only to find that it was still broken. We notified the front desk AGAIN who then said that it it will be fixed asap, and again we left as the room was unbearable, over 100 degrees. We returned at 7, only to find that not only was the AC not fixed, they also came and shut off the lights in our room as we keep shabbat. We notified them a third time, and left the hotel until after shabbat, as again, we couldn't stay there. When we came back at 9:30, the AC was still not working, and we told them we are cancelling the 2nd night and would like a refund. They assured us that it will be processed, and the manager will contact us the following day. This manager, has been giving us the run around for the past week, insinuating it is our fault and that this didn't happen (everything has proof), and trying to argue with us about when we left (since we couldn't check out before shabbat ends due to us being observant). This is not customer service for a luxury hotel. Really disappointing and an awful experience, broken ac making the room not habitable, and on top of that rude and abrasive customer service. If i could give 0 stars, I would.

Shocking hotel, horrible dinner, suitable for a workers' restaurant. Very small rooms with no noise insulation, a customer service manager who is not helpful at all. We left the hotel in the middle of our stay. Not suitable for the Fattal chain for such a low level in a hotel that is considered luxurious.
