This hotel exceeded expectations in honestly every way. Arrival was extremely easy, Staff was really friendly and made us feel comfortable instantly. Rooms 10/10 staff 10/10, my only advise is the hotel is in a good area but a decent walk to the main things (which is a good thing if that’s what you’re looking for) Overall really good experience!!
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect. Easily accessible and close to everything. Very good value for money. Good facilities. Clean and spacious rooms. We had a good view of the city. The hotel also provided everything we needed. Nice and professional staff. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again.
Expected reliability and professional service. However when I arrived late in the evening after a long flight the two boys at the front desk would not open the door. I expected more from a hotel that supposedly has good reviews. I’d recommend staying down the street at Vincci Mae.
