Hierapark Thermal & Spa Hotel

We stayed in this hotel as a family to explore Pamukkale but we were left amazed with the hotels accommodation and their service. Definitely recommend this hotel to those who want to stay at a family friendly hotel which is all inclusive pretty much also very close to Pamukkale which you must visit whilst here! The breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner were also very good. We were greeted very kindly and felt very welcomed by the staff. Thank you to the Hierapark staff also thankyou you to İpek and Muzeyyen for welcoming us.

From the sales team to guest relations, from the reception to the bellboys, the HK team and all the other service staff definitely make you feel the difference among the hotels in Pamukkale. It was a great stay, I recommend it to everyone.

This is the worst hotel ever. We are here now.There is no water in the morning, no electricity at night, people always stuck in the elevator. The hotel don't supply any water for breacfast. Breacfast is so much poor that guests stay hungry. Plates and cups are dirty. The staff is not qualified, rude and do not çare about guests. The massage staff have no Medical education or sertificate, they dislocate toes and shoulder. But there is no doctor in the hotel to help. There is bad smell in the coridor and some rooms. There are a lot of Filipinos in the hotel.
