Great community to live in. Prices has gone astronomical these days but still a good community with all basic amenities. Also called as poor man’s Aldea, this community has thrived since its inception. Altogether a great place to rent

Beautiful and safe for families with a gated community with good security guards who are friendly. The place is very well designed and easy to maneuver through. The sign boards and numbering helps very effectively. The premises is kept very clean at all time, and i have visited multiple times in a month so I'm gudging based on fact. The villas are luxurious and well disgned with great lighting, timely maintenance schedules for sanitization and fumigation for bugs. There is loads of space for kids to play as well as there is a community pool with a life gaurd on duty when the pool is in use. Brilliant place to live comfortably and safely.

For me a dream place to live. The villas are well planned and looks so amazing at night. The walk along the lane under the shadows of tree is amazing. The pool and lawn tennis are also available for residents. Everything is well planned. If you are rich I would recommend you a holiday home here. Fall in love with Goa. These photos are of night time.
