Over the past four years, I have frequently used Hilton Addis for both official purposes and leisure, and Mrs. Gelana has always been a standout in her role. Her dedication to providing excellent service, particularly in managing restaurant bookings and services for my family, has made each visit a memorable experience. I have even recommended Mrs. Gelana to friends and family, as a contact and have received positive feedback from them as well. My family and I have always been satisfied with both the restaurant and overall hotel services, thanks to her attention to detail and warm hospitality. Our room had a nice view of the city, looking over towards the pool. The rooms are a bit old and could use some updates, especially the bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and has lots of options. The room service is good. There are some shops where you can buy souvenirs and jewelry. The gym's got some good equipment. The garden is gorgeous and green, and it's got a thermal pool (that can get quiet busy in the afternoons), tennis court, and mini golf course.

I must say, it has great potential! The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are friendly. However, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. Firstly, the gym equipment could use an upgrade to better serve the needs of the members. Additionally, incorporating a boxing punch bag would be a fantastic addition, allowing for more diverse workout options. Overall, I see a lot of promise here, and with some improvements, it could become one of the best fitness centers around!
