The hotel is amazing, balcony you are having such a good view of the see, its so good, specially the morning sunrises and sunsets you will be enjoying seeing that. Room service i find it expensive so what is more convenient you have by walk place next to the hotel whit a lot of restaurants and mall. You will have to walk like 15min.
Rooms need renovating, bathroom fitting falling of wall, English TV channels didn't work, aircon not worked for 3 months in any room. Lots of noise from pool music late into the evening and the garden side has noise from a fairground until 22:00. Staff are helpful and friendly.
It was a horrible experience! Late night parties by the pool while the room's AC didn't work. So you were forced to open the windows and hear all of the noise. $90 for a small batch of laundry. The bed covers were still wet when the maid put them on the bed. Totally careless and the staff wouldn't do a thing about the comfort of the paying guests. We will not use this hotel even if they paid us!
