I love the Hotel & I’ve been there more than once One of the most heart warming moments is breakfast time where you get to meet the smiley face of Ramy the restaurant manager. It takes him once to know your coffee and favorite picks, and every morning after that you feel welcome & pampered. Thank you for making this experience better every visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my vacation in Jordan! The location is great and it made getting around very easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself feels very safe, with excellent security that made us feel comfortable and well taken care of at all times. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Muhammad, who was especially helpful and genuinely nice throughout our stay. Breakfast was delightful, and one of the best parts of the morning was Rami, the manager - a wonderful person to start your day with! He helped us with everything from seating to making the perfect cup of coffee, always with a warm smile and great energy. The cleaning was superb, and the hotel also has a Lebanese restaurant where we had dinner - it was delicious! (My mom is originally from Lebanon, so trust me she knows good Lebanese food when she tastes it!) Thank you so much for such a lovely experience. We will definitely be back!
