Hilton At Resorts World Bimini

We were only here for a day pass, so I can say nothing about the rooms or the rates. We had our catamaran and took a dinghy to the resort. It was $40 for a day pass, and since it was windy, there wasn't much we could do on the island. I love pools, so this was a great way to spend the day with my husband. The infinity pool was chilly, but absolutely beautiful views. Below, I enjoyed swimming the whole length of the pool, except the private zone and bar area. We had lunch in the lobby area and enjoyed pizza and a Caesar salad. Would definitely go again.

We had a really bad experience with this resort. We came in with a boat load of folks around 11 am and most were able to check into their rooms without issue. They told us we had to wait til 3, then 4, then 5. At around 430 I spoke with the manager and was able to check in. Great finally! Then we found out they don't have half the amenities they advertised. They also told me they would see about a late check out a couple days later and told me to speak to a specific manager which I did and he denied my request to check out late. So we had to haul our shit all over the island for 5 hours while we wait to be able to board the ship to take us away from this nightmare. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing, they do nothing to support the island other than providing jobs for some locals. And their prices are INSANE. The people here are very warm and friendly but the first encounter I had with a receptionist was terrible. I had to wait in line for 45 minutes for her to tell me I wasn't able to check in for another 5 hours. The whole process is shady for a Hilton. If a boat is bringing your guests at a certain time and taking them at a certain time, you should be more accommodating to them. Especially after they spend thousands in your resort in the few days they are there.

ZERO STARS! Extraordinarily rude staff accompanied by very dirty interiors and no customer service met. I went to the casino with guests and was treated so poorly, I won't return with them. I told the rude lady I just needed a glass of water twice and she refused to serve me because she said she needed me to be playing. I'm not physically able to gamble so I'm with company and I was treated with absolutely no respect. Read your reviews. You should treat your guests better. In the past years, there was no issue. My company was there to spend money and have a good time and I had no problem getting a drink of water. This young lady with glasses couldn't help but be rude to me in front of my guests and I asked her twice, politely. This is the first time I have ever been on Hilton property and was denied water. Water. I was in need as it is hot in May and I asked a second time and I was refused a cup of water. This is not Hilton quality and it needs serious overhaul. Air b n b until you get all your manners in order for me and ALL my guests!!! Shame on you.
