We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, being very close to the Whoosh station, which made traveling very convenient. From the moment we checked in, we experienced warm and personalized service. The hotel uses a dedicated WhatsApp messaging service for guests, and we found it very responsive — requests such as extra towels were attended to quickly. We mentioned that one of our rooms was for our wedding anniversary, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special. They prepared a beautiful towel dove display with rose petals on the bed, and even wrote a lovely message on the mirror wishing us a happy anniversary. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more memorable. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. Ours had a view of the pool, which was perfect as we could watch our kids playing while relaxing in the room. The buffet breakfast offered a generous and luxurious spread — we truly enjoyed it. However, the only downside was a misunderstanding regarding breakfast: although we booked two rooms, the breakfast was only provided for two adults and not according to the number of people staying in the rooms. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

This was a great stopover hotel for us on our way to Jakarta from Central Java. Good property location as we arrived by train and the station is around the corner from the hotel. Alesandra welcomed us with a warm and friendly smile and escorted us to the Executive Lounge for check in. Our room was proactively upgraded and they had a couple surprises for us in the room since we were celebrating our anniversary. Abby at breakfast took great care of us and we appreciate the second treat he arranged for us during breakfast. Every team member we came into contact with did a great job in welcoming us and making us feel at ease. Having a picture of me on the welcome card was that little extra something that you look for as frequent hotel travelers. We will be back for a longer stay next time.

We had a wonderful dinner at Hilton Bandung. The variety of food was impressive and delicious specially their Gelato, Tomahawk, Sushi. The place was cozy and comfortable, and the service was excellent from the doorman to the restaurant staff & chef. Special thanks to Mr. David, who was very friendly and took the time to explain all the different dishes. Definitely a place I would recommend to others. Thank you very much. Keep it up!✨
