I got a king size bed since the 2 queens are not available. The bed is comfy and the room is big. There is valet park or self park downstairs that will allow you to park for a little bit if you need to unload your luggages. It took a little bit for the front desk to bring more towels and blankets. When I received the blankets and towels ,they were warm. I am sure he was waiting for the dryer to finish drying. The towels and blankets were fresh out of the dryer. Perfectly clean! The staff were friendly and attentive. They greeted me promptly with warm smiles. The hotel is clean overall and the area is safe. There are a few homeless walking around but you also see police cars driving around. There are subway stations, restaurants and cafe close by. I love this hotel. Thank you!

A very good hotel in this area. There’s convenient parking right in front of the hotel for $35 a day, which is a great bonus if you’re staying nearby. The room is clean and spacious.

This Hilton property is not was it advertised. We paid extra for access to a “Hospitality Suite”. Their Hospitality Suite changed locations to the Breakfast Bar room. The “ Black Walnut” restaurant doesn’t exist anymore either. You get seated in the Bar area right off the Lobby. The former restaurant location still exists- you can only eat breakfast there. If we can eat breakfast in the Black Walnut restaurant, why not serve the dinner there as well? It’s a far superior atmosphere. There is also no Room Service. But the staff was very prompt when our TV remote and iron needed repair. Maid service also very good. Just don’t pay up for the King Executive room- you will be disappointed. I’d go elsewhere for dinner meals too. This was a special trip for us as our son was graduating from law school…the wrong time to be disappointed with our lodging.
