The room was beautifully designed—incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Waking up to the breathtaking view from our balcony was truly unforgettable. The food was another highlight! Every meal, from breakfast was a delight—fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and a wide variety of options to please all tastes. Room service was prompt and beautifully presented. What truly made our stay special was the staff especially Ms.Rosenda..Every team member we interacted with was warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Highly recommended—this hotel sets the standard for excellence!

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was perfect for both family and children. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options, and the pool was clean and enjoyable — the kids loved it. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Mr. James, who went above and beyond to solve our concern quickly and professionally. We really appreciated his support. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a 3 night stay here on way back from honeymoon. The staff are exceptional. Omar at the front desk was especially great- getting us checked in immediately at 7am and allowing us to have our 3rd day breakfast at check in instead. The ladies who staffed the breakfast queue were also very warm and welcoming. The room was incredible- so large with all amenities you could need including a full kitchen and great view from balcony. The gym was very good and across all 3 days staffed by a helpful and friendly PT which was impressive. Nazim who brought us room service 2 nights was also a great ambassador for the hotel, very attentive and helpful. A great stay that broke up the flight from Australia and allowed us to get over jet lag in a brilliant setting.
