The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable with great sea views, though side views were disappointing. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and the rooftop view. Breakfast was moderate and could be better, and while the staff was acceptable, they could use some etiquette training. The area around the hotel isn't ideal for walks. Overall, it's suitable for business trips, but not for family vacations or relaxation.

Very helpful and friendly front disk staff, the rooms are fairly good and comfortable with good see view but the side views are miserable and disappointing. I liked the swimming pool allot and the rooftop view. The breakfast is in moderate quality and needs to be improved, the workers is acceptable but needs an etiquette classes. The area around the hotel is not organized and not good to walk around. Overall its accessible for business trips but not for family or relaxation trips. Especial thanks to Ms.Amal as she was very polite and cooperative.

The experience was good. It was clean. I was invited as guest in Iftar Party twice and everytime I found it good. Food is clean, showcased nicely and maintained nicely but the taste needs improvement. The managers were always on the go and kept on checking the tables and customers out if there is anything required on the tables. The service including the waiters were great. The only problem which I found was, they were not collecting the dirty plates and utensils. We had to remove our plates by ourselves to make room for new ones.
