Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport was truly exceptional, meeting all our travel needs. Its convenient proximity to the airport made our departure for a mid-morning flight effortless. Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious, furnished with comfortable beds and pillows that ensured a restful night's sleep. The linen and towels were impeccably fresh, free of any unpleasant odors, enhancing our overall comfort. However, the view of the pool did not quite match the expectations set by the promotional photos as we lucked out with a ground floor room close to reception. The hotel's complimentary toiletries were a lovely touch, emitting a pleasant fragrance that enhanced our stay. The service from the staff was outstanding, consistently demonstrating politeness and attentiveness, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. We took a taxi to a nearby street to enjoy a fantastic meal and exchange currency, as the immediate area lacks such options. The breakfast was a standout, offering a wide range of delicious choices that we thoroughly enjoyed, including fresh fruit and western options. We were fortunate to check in early, allowing us to make the most of the luxurious pool facilities and enjoy cocktails. In conclusion, this hotel is an excellent option for travelers arriving late or departing early. We highly recommend it to all.
It's near the airport, so it's great to recover your tired body from entering the country. It's clean because there are a lot of people using it and a lot of staff. The pool water is spacious, clean, and towels are free. The water temperature is also good. Breakfast is very diverse, including instant noodles and instant egg dishes.
Pretty decent. Make sure you book for 2 guests otherwise only 1 person will have access to the breakfast even if you book 2 twin beds or a king bed. I like the hotel but I found stains on the bed sheet and towels. After some time, they finally changed the bed sheet for a cleaner one. The garbage in the bathroom 🗑️ doesn’t function. Nice pool view room. If you are coming to see planes landing. This is not the right place cause the hotel is surrounded by buildings.
