Hilton Garden Inn Lima Surco Peru

Excellent service! Went by myself and after a long day of sight seen my room was cleaned everyday without me having to ask. Coffee was always refilled and fresh towels were waiting! I will definitely be back with my whole family next time!

Dangerous! They were fumigating in the restaurant and kitchen and then directly after opened for breakfast. They didn’t have time to ventilate or clean and such poison is supposed to wait 24 hours before people re enter building. I thought it would be a nice American Hilton experience but it wasn’t. It says it’s five stars but there aren’t any signs that it would be. Rooms are ok but not five stars no room service no slippers, no robes. Fumigating and no 24 hour room service? No food available because they are fumigating. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel why are they fumigating every couple months? Very disappointed

Use the fumigation while guests were sleeping. It’s not right. It makes people uncomfortable. We couldn’t breathe inside the building and we couldn’t sleep whole night. We went outside balcony to breathe. Whole the building has the smoke. It’s harmful for the health! It happens in Hilton! Not a safety hotel to stay. No one in charge here. I have been waiting 3 hours in lobby and ask for the replacement to others hotel. But no people can handle it! It’s very Terrible ! FD manager-Claudia has bad service.
