My recent stay (2nd week of April, 2025) at the Hilton Garden Inn Samarkand Hotel, during my journey from Samarkand to Bukhara, was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel GM - Mr. Fariz Samadov, at the entrance and greeted with such kindness and genuine hospitality. The room was spotless, cozy, and offered a view we’ll be dreaming about for a long time. Every detail—from the warm and friendly hospitality to the thoughtful local recommendations—made our stay feel incredibly special. A heartfelt thank-you to the GM and His Team for making us feel so at home. We look forward to returning soon!
I had to edit my review. I mistook it for another hotel we stayed in. Hilton deserves 5 stars....the service was exceptional...at the reception as well as the restaurant. Breakfast was amazing . If I have to go back, rest assured, I'll stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Samarkand. THANK YOU for making our stay memorable.
We had a family emergency during our stay and urgently needed help from the hotel. We called multiple times, but the staff on the phone were completely unhelpful and showed zero care or professionalism. Not once did they try to assist or offer any real support. It felt like they just didn’t care at all. For a place that claims to offer hospitality, this was a major disappointment. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not families.
