This was my second time staying here. The rooms are nice and clean, and the service from staff is great. Employees are helpful and kind. The problem was the pool. It's a very nice pool with a shallow spot for kids however the first day it was incredibly dirty. You could see the water was cloudy and it even smelled a bit. We rinsed out suits but they were very very smelly. The second day staff apparently tried to remedy this by adding a lot of chemicals. There was a yellowish green film at the edge of the pool and we had to get out after an hour and a half as my daughter and sister in-laws were having a reaction to it on their skin. The whole reason we chose the hotel was for the pool, so that was disappointing.
