Hilton Garden Inn Zhuhai Jinan University

This Hilton Garden Inn blew past my expectation to a pleasant surprise. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially I am not a native speaker. The rooms are clean and top notch for a Garden Inn. Free self-service laundry was also wonderful. Paid breakfast has great variety and good selections was outstanding especially it is low cost. There's a trail nearby for a quick hike in the forest. The only negative about this location that the taxi driver this hotel exist because it is a hidden gem and it is fairly new.

Amazing customer service, they did above and beyond. Examples when one of my family members had an emergency and could not come. They were able to cancel without any issues. When we also had lunch the manager (I'm assuming) took the time to look for utensils for us for our meals. Would come again if I'm back in Zhuhai!! Also the location to get to the Macau border is just 15 taxi ride. A convenient location to go to most locations. Also Sue was amazing with organizing last minute changes. Susan Z from the cleaning crew was thoughtful with our mess.

I was supposed to stay for a night at this hotel but unfortunately due to some personal issues I wasn’t able to come over, nonetheless I wanted to let the hotel knows so in case they need the room they can re sell it. Called the hotel direct and Mr. Henson got my called and politely reconfirmed that I needed to cancel my booking and assisted. Well done Hilton Garden Inn and well done Henson! Though I wasn’t able to come tonight, I will certainly come back to stay soon just because of your services… see you soon!
