Hilton Grand Vacations Club Palm Desert

We had a "girls' week" here in July, and although the desert is hot, we had a wonderful time. The resort rooms are clean and roomy and everything worked well. We spent a lot of time at the pools which were the perfect temperature. We also took advantage of the on-site movie theater, pickleball courts, and supply of games and puzzles. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, polite and helpful every time we walked in. The concierge gave us some great suggestions with things to do in the area, and the grounds keeping and maintenance staff were also hard working and helpful. I wanted to give a special shout out to Lorissa and the housekeeping staff. After we had checked out, I thought I had left my computer tablet in the room. Lorissa checked with the housekeeping staff and was more than happy to ship my tablet home to me. To my embarrassment, I discovered I had put my tablet in my pickleball bag (yeah, pretty lame), but Lorissa kept in touch with me until I found it and was so sweet when I told her I had it the whole time. Thanks, Lorissa! This is a great little resort, not as "grand" as some of the others nearby, but the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, and the quality of this resort makes the experience top notch!

Pretty hot after mid May. If you like it hot from May to September, come on. Awesome rooms. The associates are incredible! Good grocery shopping (Ralph’s-Kroger) a short walk away. If you golf. There is a golf course just a short walk/drive up the way.

We have been coming to this timeshare resort before it was acquired by HGVC. This time, we reserved the 3 bedroom casita. There's a connecting double door to the 2 bedroom villa next to it. It has a full kitchen with all the utensils, which is very convenient to prepare family dinner. 2 bedrooms have a king bed and the 3rd with double beds, comfortable for 6 of us. There are also 2 outdoor showers and 2 patios. Parking lot is just outside of our unit 20-5. We enjoyed most of the facilities: pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, as well as private showing of Wicked at the theater.
