Hilton Grand Vacations Club Tuscany Village Orlando

From the moment we arrived at Hilton Grand Vacations Tuscany Village, we knew we had made the right choice. This resort is absolutely stunning – the Tuscan-inspired architecture, beautifully landscaped gardens, and peaceful lake views made it feel like a luxurious escape while still being right in the heart of Orlando. The location is unbeatable – just minutes away from Disney, Universal, and all the excitement of International Drive, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and relaxation at the end of each day. Plus, the Premium Outlets are right next door – perfect for a bit of holiday shopping! Our villa was spotless, spacious, and so comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and a balcony with a lovely view. It truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thought out, and the bed was heavenly after long days out and about. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always happy to help and make our stay even better. Whether it was at check-in, the pool bar, or just walking around the resort, we felt genuinely welcomed. The pools were gorgeous, with plenty of lounge chairs, fun activities, and a great family-friendly vibe. The resort also offered a variety of daily events and entertainment that made our stay even more memorable. We’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the best resort experience we’ve had – everything was perfect. If you're planning a holiday in America and want a luxurious, relaxing, and conveniently located place to stay in Orlando, Hilton Grand Vacations Tuscany Village is the absolute best choice. The resort is well located in-between many attractions which is why me and my family decided to stay there for the birthday of our daughter. Rooms are spacious and clean. It’s a big big resort (staff might bring you to your room on a golf cart) which means that you might end up far away from the pool. There is a great shopping centre behind the resort, with all the brands you can dream of and amazing discounts... Overall it was a great vacation but I’m leaving 1 star because after 2months since we checked out, the hotel hasn’t done anything regarding the petty theft that happened in our room. Almost 700$ gone (most probably stolen by the cleaning staff?) and nothing. I’ve traveled to many places in this world, never using the safe that is provided in the hotel rooms and I never had any issues, until now. Gerald the security guy in charge was nice but was reluctant to share the badging details to our room with the deputy sheriff which was very weird. The result is that there will be no consequences for the perpetrator. From our understanding, this hotel is using a third party company for cleaning services and we just got lost in an administrative spiral that will never end, from the hotel itself to the insurance of this third party. Hopefully this review will make future customers aware! If you decide to go there, use the safe lockers and be look after your belongings.

The price paid to be an “owner” for what you get is atrocious. Update: Both security locks on our room’s sliding back door are broken. Literally no way to lock it. One of our toilets runs continuously and can’t flush. The microwave turntable is broken and doesn’t spin. Just tried to check in after check in time and our room isn’t ready. We weren’t given any estimate in time or guidance about what we could do until it is. Just a “we will text you when it’s ready.” Okay, we will just stand outside in the heat and wait I guess 😂 I’m also an owner, yet for whatever reason they never put me on “the list.” It’s always under the other owner’s name on the account which leads to a whole confusing issue with getting in. When you have to get through 3 people with lists just to get to the check in desk, this becomes frustrating. Further annoyed because we picked up groceries for our full kitchen but have nowhere to put the refrigerated items. Aside from the above issues, the room is spacious and clean upon arrival, despite having a weird cleaner smell. Not like good smell, like homemade vinegar and water type of smell 🤷‍♂️ The pool is nice and it had plenty of seating in the evening. Going to head down today during the busy hours and see how that goes. Will update review if/as our experience improves.
