Very satisfied with this Hilton Home2 Suites in Guiyang. Rooms are modernly decorated, with electronic curtain, lightings, toilet flushing… etc. Met service staff, Jim Xu, at the Breakfast restaurant. His smile made us feel very welcomed. He even asked us how’s the hotel services and how can they improve. We suggested English language for the coffee machines as we don’t understand Chinese writings. Being an international hotel, I’m sure there are many foreign visitors like me. Pls do consider my feedback. Do take good care of Jim Xu. He’s one valuable staff you would like to keep. Another feedback…. There is cigarette smell along your room corridors. Not sure if smoking is prohibited in all rooms? Thanks for yr attention.
The service at Hilton Guiyang is particularly excellent. The hotel is luxuriously decorated and the staff are very enthusiastic. I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time. I will still choose to stay at Hilton when I come to Guiyang next time.
Very pleasant stay in Guiyang. The hotel is new and beautiful. I highly recommend this place. Front desk staff are always willing to help and give advice on local destinations.
