Lets be fair: it's an old hotel being renovated. The bed is good, and the breakfast is decent. But it ends there. We stayed for 2 nights. On the first night, weather was fair. I asked about the AC at the reception, and they said it was not working and gave me A FAN! On the second night, the temperature was high. 29ºC outside, 28ºC inside my room, because of the direct sunlight. I asked again about the AC, and then front desk told me it does not work because it is in heating mode. To crown the whole experience, I found a smoked cigarrette on the carpet of the room. It is a 5-star hotel. There shoudn't be such basic problems. My advice: skip this one - there's nothing extraordinary about it AND THERE IS NO AC - and go to a cheaper one with climate control.

I had a reservation at the hotel; however, due to an emergency I was unable to meet my scheduled stay. Communication with the staff was difficult as the member I spoke with knew little to no English. They were not accommodating with my situation and I had to have a translator/mediator provided by Hilton customer service agents. I inquired about exploring any possible options to include rescheduling, property credit or refund and got no resolution. So many better properties with better customer service that are actually able to answer questions asked.
