This hotel has a great view. Everything is new and clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is rich and varied. You can find everything you need here.The hotel has 2 indoor pools and an outdoor pool, spa, restaurant with very good food, beauty salon, starbucks.There are 4 bus stops to Marmara Forum.The bus stop is next to the hotel. At 15 minutes walk there is a large area with restaurants and shops, 2 malls and a metro station. We will always return to this hotel with pleasure.

We stayed at Hilton Istanbul Bakırköy as a family with children, booking three rooms, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with gorgeous sea views and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were even kindly upgraded, which made the experience even more special. A special thank you to Mr. Altin, who went far beyond expectations. I was recovering from surgery, and he personally checked on me regularly, arranged ice every couple of hours, and showed a level of care and kindness that meant the world to me and my family. His attention to detail and genuine support made this stay unforgettable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—plenty of fresh, high-quality options with something for everyone, including the kids. The hotel’s facilities were spotless and convenient, and the staff made sure everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines comfort, service, and genuine hospitality, Hilton Bakırköy is it. We’ll definitely be back—it was worth every moment.

We stayed here for two nights. On the first night, we noticed that the shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold. We reported the issue to the staff and were told it would be fixed. However, on the second night, the problem was still exactly the same — no improvement at all. Even more concerning, one of our group members got stuck in the elevator. The elevator suddenly dropped during a vibration and stopped between B2 and B3. It was completely out of control. Very disappointed with the safety and maintenance standards here.
