Hilton Mendoza

We stayed at the Hilton for a few days and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel is family-friendly – there’s a small play area for kids in the lobby, and breakfast includes special mini meals designed for children, which were nicely arranged and well received by the little ones. Our room was very spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view. There’s also a steam sauna and a swimming pool on-site, which are great for relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nearby, there’s a shopping mall and an ice rink – perfect for a quick outing. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable hotel, especially recommended for families with children.

This high rise hotel had beautiful rooms. I also really enjoyed the heated indoor pool and sauna which were complimentary. The hotel is next to a casino and shopping mall but away from the center of Mendoza so you will have to make an extra effort to see the town properly. Overall we had a nice stay as the real highlight of Mendoza are the wineries rather than the town itself.

I was really impressed with their concierge Daniel who had so much knowledge and made all sorts of bookings for me ranging from a driver to take me places (saving me hundreds of dollars compared to the cost of organised tours!) to making all the bookings at wineries for me, and being able to make detailed recommendations. The breakfast is decent, rooms are big and comfortable. Location is not great as it’s a bit far from things. The gym could be improved. There’s a sauna and steam room which was nice, but the changing room was absolutely filthy - the floors were very dirty. Things that can easily be improved. Overall a great experience.
