Hilton Ngapali Resort & Spa

We’ve enjoyed our stay at the resort very much. Friendliness of the staff is outstanding. Everyone is extremely helpful. Resort is located super close to the airport, which is rather an advantage than downside as there are only 5-6 planes going in and out a day. In our eyes the beach also wasn’t an issue. You can find your way into the water avoiding the rocks. There is no lounge for Diamond guests, but you get all day free soft drinks (incl. fresh juices) and there’s a Happy Hour from 5pm to 7pm at the bar with free flow drinks and lovely views of the sunset.

Beautiful property, awesome pool, luxurious rooms. We enjoyed our stay here at the end of our holiday in Myanmar. It is located at Thandwe, just 2 mins from the airport and has 1 small store and 1 restaurant outside. The hotel provides a free airport pick up and drop off (like all other hotels in the area). We were checking in here after a few nights in another hotel at Ngapali beach, and the hotel van picked us up from there. They also provide a free shuttle service to the beach during the day and restaurants in the evening. The service is great, exactly what you'd expect from a Hilton. The rooms are around a beautifully landscaped pond. Nice sized rooms and luxurious bathrooms with a Jacuzzi. Good breakfast spread.They have kids meal options which worked well for us. The in room menu seemed to be priced lower than dining at the poolside. The roof top bar is an excellent spot to watch the sunset from, with a good selection of gin based cocktails that were delicious! The only downside is that one can't swim on the beach outside the hotel as it is a rocky one. However the awesome pool which also has a sandy section at the bottom more than makes up for it. And one can also use the shuttle to get to the beach.

Very well appointed rooms, and one of the best hotels at the quiet part of Ngapali Beach. The pool area, room setting, amenities and staff are excellent. There is a complimentary shuttle to take guests to the public beach (the public beach has great restaurants, bars and activities - Hilton side is pretty quiet.) Breakfast could be better with some more local selections. There seem to be some plumbing and leakage issues in the rooms which should be fixed!
